Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Salt Roasted Beets. It was the first time I cooked with beets. I thought it came out good. The beets were sweet from roasting them in the oven and the addition of the olive oil, salt and pepper made everything taste better. I also put feta cheese on top of the beets.
