Hi everyone. Yesterday I tried a new recipe featuring chicken. I thought it came out nice. I made a marinade, put it in a plastic bag, added chicken, and placed it in the refrigerator for around 2 and a half hours. I then cooked it in a large skillet. I placed coleslaw and a chopped radish on a plate and placed a chicken thigh on top. It tasted great. I especially liked the marinade. Not too sweet and just right. Here are some photos:

The name of the recipe is Sweet and Spicy Chicken and it has Mirin, reduced-sodium soy sauce, and Asian dark
sesame oil.
