Banana Bread

Hello everyone. Monday I made Banana Bread. It ended up too moist in the middle. I slice off a few slices for my mother and a friend. I also sliced a piece for myself. It was too sweet for me. I followed the recipe for the Banana Bread; maybe the temperature should have been a little higher. Also, the recipe called for 4 tsp. of butter with the streusal instead of 4 tbsp. I didn’t take any pictures of the bread.
