Hello everyone. Friday I made Chicken Tinga. It came out good. This was my first attempt at making this recipe. Not too spicy or overpowering, I used a rotisserie chicken and assembled everything with a tostada as a base and added things like refried beans, tomato, lettuce, and salsa. Here are some photos:
