Hi everyone. Friday I made Madeleines. They came out great. It was my first attempt at making Madeleines. It took some time to make them, but they looked and tasted wonderful. They had pistachios and orange blossom water in them. They tasted like sponge cakes and were sweet but not too sweet. Here are some photos:
