Hi everyone. Yesterday I made Lemon Cake. It came out good. This was my first attempt at making this cake. It was laced with lemon zest and lemon juice and it also had a delicious lemon glaze on top. It had a nice crumb to it and it was sweet without being too sweet. Here are some photos:
