Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Apple Muffins. They came out great. This was the first time I tried this recipe. I roasted the walnuts before adding them to the batter, and I also added Fuji apples too. It had spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. They were sweet without being too sweet. Here are some photos:
