Hello everyone. Yesterday I made a cake. It came out delicious. It was a nice, light cake with a rich, buttery frosting. I brought this cake to our Easter supper and I received a few compliments.

Hello everyone. Saturday I made Apple Pie. It came out delicious. This was my first time making Apple Pie. Instead of a 9 inch pie plate I used a 9.5 inch pie plate. The crust took some time to prepare, but it was worth it. I also used Honeycrisp apples instead of Braeburn apples.

Hello everyone. Today I made Chicken Cacciatore. It came out great. Plenty of vegetables like pearl onions and green bell pepper. Instead of eight chicken thighs I used four. I also sprinkled some kalamata olives on top. Here are some photos:
