Welsh Batch Scone

Hello everyone. Yesterday I made a Welsh Batch Scone. Unfortunately it didn’t come out too well. Only half of it was edible – the other half was too wet and under baked. On the other hand, the part of it that was edible tasted very good. It was rich and spicy, and it also had raisins and dates. Here are some photos of the process:

Salt Roasted Beets

Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Salt Roasted Beets. It was the first time I cooked with beets. I thought it came out good. The beets were sweet from roasting them in the oven and the addition of the olive oil, salt and pepper made everything taste better. I also put feta cheese on top of the beets. Cranberry Orange Bread

Hi everyone. Yesterday I made Cranberry Orange Bread. This was my first time trying this recipe. I thought it came out good – maybe I added a little too much vegetable oil. I also used a digital scale for this recipe, my first time. The orange zest added a nice taste and the cranberries were very flavorful. Here are two pictures of the Cranberry Orange Bread.
