Cheesecake

Hello everyone. Wednesday I made Cheesecake. It came out great. It was a white chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate crust and raspberries sprinkled on top with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. Rich and smooth, it wasn’t too sweet or too heavy and it was just the right taste and texture. Everyone who tried it loved it. Here are some photos:

Coffee Bread

Hi everyone. Yesterday I made Coffee Bread. This was my second attempt at baking this recipe. It came out good. This time, I used my new stand mixer to make it. It took some time to let the dough rise twice, but it worked and made the dough sticky and easy to roll into three ropes for each loaf of bread. I sprinkled the top with sugar and cinnamon and it tasted light and delicious. Here are some photos:

Cinnamon Rolls

Hi everyone. Yesterday I made Cinnamon Rolls. They came out great. This was the first time I made Cinnamon Rolls. The dough was light and puffy, sweetened with honey, the filling was made with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and the icing was sweet without overpowering. Everything came together beautifully – the dough, the filling, and the icing. Here are some photos:

Swirl Cake

Hello everyone. Saturday I made Chocolate Pumpkin Swirl Cake. It came out great. I added chocolate wafers and cocoa to half of the batter, and canned pumpkin to the other batter. It wasn’t too sweet or too strong, and I liked the design pattern of the cake – I swirled the two batters together with a knife. Here are some photos:

Sticky Rolls

Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Sticky Rolls. They came out great. This was my first attempt at making Sticky Rolls. I first made the pecan topping, then the dough, then sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on top of the dough, then rolled the dough into a log, then sliced each roll and placed each piece on top of the pecans. The dough wasn’t too dry or too sticky, and the topping was sweet and not too gooey. Here are some photos:

Chili

Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Chili. It came out good. This was the first time I made a chili with lamb and white beans. It was a little different than the other chilis I have tasted. And there was a lot of spice in it such as cumin, cinnamon, and chili powder. It also had eggplant in it.
