Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Chili. It came out good. This was the first time I made a chili with lamb and white beans. It was a little different than the other chilis I have tasted. And there was a lot of spice in it such as cumin, cinnamon, and chili powder. It also had eggplant in it.

Hello everyone. Wednesday I made Green Curry. I thought it came out good. I used a premade kit and I added chicken, broccoli, and green bell pepper. It also had ingredients such as coconut milk and curry paste. I love Thai food and this was delicious as well as spicy. Here are some photos:

Hi everyone. Tuesday I made Boston Cream Pie. I thought it came out great. The assembly took a little more time. I had to first bake the cake, then make the vanilla cream, and then make the chocolate ganache. It was a little difficult putting everything together, but in the end it tasted great. This was only my second attempt to make Boston Cream Pie. Here are some photos:

Hi everyone. Today I made Blueberry Pie. While the pie didn’t look very pretty, it tasted delicious and the blueberries were ripe and sweet. This pie was tart as well as sweet. I love blueberries and I especially love Blueberry Pie with some vanilla ice cream. And the crust was nicely made and baked. The only drawback was maybe the pie pan size. I used a 9 and a 1/4 inch pie pan instead of a 9 inch one. I also used an egg wash for the top crust. Here are some photos:

Hello everyone. Yesterday I made Spaghetti Squash with Chicken and Mushroom Sauce. It came out great. I heated the squash in the microwave and then made the sauce to go with the squash. The sauce had chicken sausage, mushrooms, and tomatoes in it. Then I fluffed up the squash strands, put it on a plate, and then placed the sauce over it. Here are some photos:
