It is now 7:31 p.m. I had a nice day today mostly with family. I wanted to elaborate more about The Sour Cream Coffee Cake; it wasn’t too dry and the brown sugar/pecan/cinnamon filling and topping was a nice addition to the rest of the cake. I did use sour cream out of the fridge but it was supposed to be at room temperature and I forgot to set it out on the counter. The overall taste of the cake wasn’t too bad. As for next week, I’m not sure yet what my next recipe will be. I will go on Discover again.

I wanted to mention that I’ll be going out to eat at a restaurant in Providence, RI called Mare Restaurant with my sisters and other relatives tomorrow evening.

It is 5:02 p.m. I went to the September birthday’s celebration here at my apartment building and had cake and coffee. I also went for a walk at a nearby park. I will have dinner soon. I will also go out to eat this coming weekend. Next week, I also want to eat out for lunch on Thursday. Nancy Machado from my knitting group told me she likes my food blog. I still have my four books out from the library. I’m looking forward to cooking next week. There’s a new restaurant near here called The Donut Factory. I haven’t been inside yet. I want to watch Food Network this coming weekend; there is the t.v. show called The Great Halloween Baking Championship (I think) and I think it’s on Monday at 9:00 p.m. I’m not really into Halloween, buy maybe I can watch some of it. I haven’t read any new cookbooks or baking books recently. There’s one called “The Nordic Baking Book” which sounds interesting. About the Sour Cream Coffee Cake I made; I found it delicious but maybe a little bit wet in the center. I really like Coffee Cake. I will go on Discover again.

It is 2:42 p.m. I will have lunch soon. I want to catch up on my reading. Then later I’ll watch some t.v. I’ll be making brownies for our Parish Picnic.

It is 2:30 p.m. I went to the gym today. Tomorrow I want to go grocery shopping. I will go on Discover again.

It is 6:18 p.m. I wanted to say here that the recipe I baked from, “Sour Cream Coffee Cake” came out pretty good. I gave some to my parents; my mother said she really liked it. Although she had to take out the pecans as they don’t agree with her. I’m not sure what other recipe I can choose for the next time.

I will do some more reading. I have four books that I took out from the library.

It is 2:07 p.m. I will bake a cake today. I also want to do some reading. Maybe I’ll go back on Discover again.

It is 7:16 p.m. I went to Planet Fitness, Rite Aid, Homegoods, my parents’ house, and a Verizon store. I got a new accent table for my apartment. I want to make Sour Cream Coffee Cake this Saturday. I want to read my books from the library again. Tomorrow I go to the gym again. I will go on Discover again.

It is 4:23 p.m. I will have pasta for dinner. Not sure what is on T.V. tonight, except N.C.I.S.
