It is now 3:27 p.m. I am going to have Tortellini for lunch and dinner. Rita called me around 1:00; she asked me how the Apple Bread pudding came out. I told her it came out fine. I haven’t decided yet what to cook this week.

I want to go to Anchor House tomorrow for brunch; Anchor House is a place in New Bedford, MA for people with mental illnesses to hang out and do things together.

I will probably go food shopping again on Wednesday. Maybe I’ll watch Food Network or The Cooking Channel tonight.

The first day of summer is this Friday. No major plans as of yet. There is a dinner on Sunday, June 23 at a place in Acushnet named Century House.

I will go on Discover soon.

It is now 5:34 p.m. I just finished making Apple Bread Pudding. It’s almost ready to put in the oven.

I also went over to my parent’s house for a Father’s Day lunch. I know Father’s Day is tomorrow, but we wanted to have a celebration today. My Mom, my Dad, my older sister Rita, and her son Alex were there. We had Chinese food, a cauliflower dish, and dessert was Louisiana Crunch Cake with ice cream. There was also soda, Sumol, and coffee.

Dinner is Amy’s Indian Vegetable Korma.

I also went to the gym this morning. I haven’t seen any T.V. today, except at Planet Fitness.

I think the pudding will come out good.

Tomorrow is Sunday.

It is now 3:36 p.m. I just came back from going outside. I went to a restaurant in Westport called Marguerite’s. I went there with a friend from my Tuesday night knitting group named Nancy. The food was okay; I had clam chowder, soda, and a chicken sandwich with fries. But the service was way too slow. And the chicken sandwich was a little on the dry side.

After that, we went to an art gallery and then to Partners Village Store, a nice gift shop. Then we headed back to Fairhaven.

I also went to the Coffee Hour here at Melville Towers at 10:00 a.m. It was nice.

Still haven’t chosen a recipe yet for this week.

I want to go food shopping tomorrow.

Wednesday

It is now 7:20 p.m. I recently had dinner and left a message on my sister Rita’s cell phone. I checked out some other recipes. I might go with one that has cubed beef as an ingredient.

Tomorrow there is a Coffee Hour at the apartment complex I live in. Then I’m going out to an art gallery and eat some ice cream with a friend from my knitter’s group.
