Hello everyone. Thursday I made Beef Stroganoff. It came out good. It took a while, but it still came out delicious. This was only the second time I made Beef Stroganoff. I used thyme flakes instead of fresh thyme, and baby brown pearl mushrooms instead of Cremini mushrooms. Here are some photos:

Hi everyone. Yesterday I made Pumpkin Pie. I thought it came out nice. This is the first time I made Pumpkin Pie. It has also been a long time since I made any pie. The filling was nice and smooth, and the crust was almost well done. Also, the spices added a nice touch. Here is a photo:
